1. If you're a leader who was challenged for rank and lost, and five or more wolves decide to stay loyal to you, you may create a new pack.

2. To create the new pack, you must fill out the Pack Formation form and PM it to the Admin account.

3. If you can't - or decide not to - create another pack, you may challenge the wolf who took over your pack as many times as you want until you win or give up; however, you must rest 14 OoC days after each battle. If you challenge for your old pack, you cannot start another pack without requesting permission to do so from an Admin.
